This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for summer league participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

The Waunakee Community School District is committed to ensuring that all students and families can participate in their school communities regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Scholarships or payment plans may be available to any student who has been approved for the free/reduced meal program, and may be available to any student whose families have a financial need due to unique circumstances.
